Internal Family Systems Therapy Coaching (IFS)
Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) is an evidence-based, transformative tool that views every human being as a system of protective and wounded inner parts led by a core Self.
As an IFS practitioner, I assist my clients in exploring and navigating their blocks, fears, dreams, and desires through the lens of their most resourceful, adult, capable, and loving Self.
While IFS is employed as an evidence-based psychotherapy to aid individuals in healing from past trauma or mental health challenges, it extends beyond just clinical settings.
Rather than perceiving our challenges or problematic behaviors as signs that we need correction, I guide my clients to become curious about the issues they believe hold them back, such as procrastination, fear of success, or people-pleasing. By delving deeper into ourselves in this manner, working with the IFS model enables us to gain profound insights and tap into the surprising depth and wealth of resources within.
As solutions arise, life becomes more enjoyable. We organically embody the 8 C’s of our essential self more fully: confidence, calm, compassion, courage, creativity, clarity, curiosity, and connectedness.
When I first discovered IFS, I was captivated by its elegant model that combined everything I had learned over the years in psychotherapy, trauma healing, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, Shamanic studies, spiritual teachings, and mind-body medicine.
IFS coaching can transform your relationship with yourself and enrich your life forever. You will move forward equipped with all the internal resources needed to lead a fulfilled, peaceful, and joyful life.
